An Expert in Murder – Nicola Upson

This historical mystery, an Expert in Murder,  centers on real-person Josephine Tey, a mystery writer from the early twentieth century.

This is Josephine’s second outing as a fictional detective, and it’s a diverting book without being entirely substantial.

My favourite aspect of the novel was the historical detail about a period with which I am not hugely familiar.
